1. Custom Products
All jerseys are made to your specifications, including size, name, number, and design. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your jersey arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Verified cases will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customizations due to personal preference, size changes, or design choices cannot be returned or refunded.
